It's that time of the year!

It's the season of red packets,

The lion dancers, fire crackers,

And fireworks like rockets!

It's the time for collecting

For the children and so,

And the time for giving

For the adults and old.

It's the time where 

Only one meal is taken,

That lasts from morning 'til night,

We'll have more than can be eaten!!

It's time to visit

Both relative and friend

And to do just that we'll travel

Up until the day's end.

It's the time of CNY;

The time of prosperity;

It's the time for happiness;

And a time for charity!
